About your information in Anido

Hello.

Your family uses an app called Anido.

It helps them take care of you together.

What is written down

Your name, birth date and photo.

Your medicines and when you take them.

Your doctor visits.

Your health notes, like blood pressure.

Papers from the doctor, like lab results.

Who writes it

The organizer of your care team set up Anido for you.

Your family and caregivers add to it.

If you use Anido yourself, your taps are saved too.

Who can see it

Only the people on your care team.

The organizer of your care team decides who joins.

The company that makes Anido keeps it safe.

A few companies help us run Anido. They must keep it private.

We don't show it to anyone else unless the law says we must.

We never use it for ads.

If you use Anido yourself

Your family can set up a simple screen for you.

It shows your next medicine in big letters.

When you tap "I took it," your family sees it.

"Call family" calls your family. It does not call an ambulance.

In an emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the United States and Mexico, 123 in Colombia).

You can say no

You can ask to see what is written about you.

You can ask to fix it.

You can ask to stop it or delete it.

Tell your family. Or ask someone you trust to write to us.

Email: privacy@anidoapp.com

We will check that it's really you, or someone you chose. Then we will help.

We will usually tell the organizer of your care team. If you don't feel safe with that, tell us, and we may not.

anidoCare, together. · Cuidar, juntos.
